Returns and Exchanges

○Returns are accepted if the item has tags and seals in the same condition as when shipped out.
◯The return period is 14 days from the time of arrival, so please contact us as soon as possible.

※1 When shipping abroad, we check and take photos of the products before shipping. If the returned products are not in the original packaging condition (product condition, documents, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc.), we may not accept the return.

※2 Watches come with a seal attached. When the seal is removed, the word "開封済" (opened) in Japanese appears on the surface. If this word is visible, we cannot accept returns. Other products have tags attached. If any signs of removal are visible, we cannot accept returns.In the event that defective items or items different from the order are received, a return guarantee period of one week after the customer receives the item is provided. For return conditions and requirements, please refer to the following:

・Items must be in their original packaging condition (product condition, documents, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc.). Items with dirt or damage on any package will not be accepted.

・For items that directly touch the skin, such as earrings, jewelry, lingerie, underwear, cosmetics, even if they are unused, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.

・Returned items must match the product condition described or shown in photos at the time of the request. If items do not meet these essential requirements, returns will not be accepted.All returns will be re-evaluated by WASABI project. For new items, exchanges for the same model or design may be possible. However, for used items, they are unique and cannot be exchanged.If shipping fees were incurred, they will be deducted from the refund amount.

・Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be completed to the customer.
